For the products that are not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subjects to the availability from our suppliers.
When ordering on the Internet, the Customer must provide the information necessary to the good execution of the order. During each order validation, you will be directed to your account via a secure connection to recall the content of your order. Your order will only be definitely registered after you have filled the different information and done the final validation. When you register your order by selecting the method of payment by credit card, the sale is considered to be concluded (agreement on the goods and the price). CyclO2.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
In accordance with the Law n. 80-335 of May 12, 1980, the transfer of ownership of the products sold is suspended until full payment of the price. The Customer therefore refrains, in the event of incomplete payment, from disposing of the products for resale and transformation.
- Article 4: Payment
The methods of payment are the following: cheque, credit card, and bank transfer.
In case of payment by bank cheque it must be issued by a bank located in mainland France, Corsica or Monaco in the name of the beneficiary ACB and addressed to 2 avenue André, 92420 Vaucresson (FRANCE).
By cheque, it must be accompanied by a copy of the email containing the acknowledgement of receipt. If you do not have a printer, write the number and the day of your order on the back of the cheque. The cheque must in the name of the person who placed the order; otherwise, he must mention the number of the order at the back of the cheque. A copy of both sides of an identity document is required.
The processing of your order will be carried out from the date of the reception of the cheque and the necessary verification of the Customer's solvency. ACB reserves the right to cancel any processing of the order or delivery in case of refusal of payment by the Customer's bank.
By credit card, (with a validity of at least 1 month for cash payment and 4 months in case of split payment), the entry of banking information on a secure server guarantees the security and confidentiality of the information provided during the banking transaction. All connection information is kept. When paying by credit card, it is possible to pay in three times, free of charge for any order deliverable in France from 1000 euros (including. taxes of purchase). ACB reserves the right not to process the order if its bank indicates any level of risk in the reception of the payment made by the Customer.
Penalties for late payment: any payment after the fixed date of payment may lead to the invoicing of penalties without prior formal notice from the Buyer. The amount of these penalties will be at least equivalent to that which would result from the application of a rate equal to 1.5 times the legal interest rate in application on the day of the application of the penalties, without this clause excluding additional damages. - Article 5: Shipping
Delivery can be handled by ACB or its service providers in mainland France, in the French overseas departments and territories and in other European countries. In the last two cases, this will require the sending of an additional cost estimate for the shipping costs owed by the Customer.
The parcel will be delivered to the address, which will have been given when placing the order. A telephone number and ideally, an email address are necessary for any transporters to ensure the tracking of the transportation, or even in some cases, to ensure the call prior to a delivery.
If the goods are available at ACB's storage location, the indicative delivery time is of 72 hours in mainland France. No refusal of delivery shall hinder the reception of the goods. No compensation or penalty for delay may be demanded to ACB for any reason whatsoever.
In the event of damaged goods, missing parcels, parcels that do not correspond to the order or opened parcels during transportation (except for customs clearance), the Customer must express reservations on the delivery coupon (damaged parcel or merchandise for example), refuse the merchandise and notify us within 24 hours by email or telephone. The refused products will be returned to us by the transporter and we will send you a new parcel, free of charge, upon receipt of the package.
- Article 6: Product assembly
Tricycle models are delivered already completely assembled. Bicycles require the assembly of the pedals and generally of the handlebar. Only your own adjustments (height of the saddle or stem) are your responsibility.

- Article 7: Withdrawal
-Under the conditions provided by the article L121-16 of the Consumer Code and in the context of distance selling, the Customer legally has 14 days from the reception of the order to retract. At his request, the products will be replaced or repaid, and the shipping costs for the return journey remain at the Customer's expense. Professional clients do not benefit from this right of retraction.
The product must be in its original condition i.e. complete, new and immediately resalable by ACB without any intervention by him. Otherwise, ACB reserve the right not to take back the goods or to apply a deduction on the amount refunded. In case of cancellation of an order, ACB will refund the client within the 14 days following the receipt of the parcel.
- Article 8: Warranty
The products are guaranteed by ACB, five years for the frame, two years for the engine and all the other electric parts including the battery from the time of the delivery to either a reseller or a customer. If a problem occurs, please contact your reseller or ACB by calling +33 (0) 1 47 95 44 51.
This warranty does not apply to parts subject to wear (tires, inner tubes, brake shoes, cables, lights, light bulbs).
The warranty does not apply to interventions that would follow deterioration or an accident due to the lack of maintenance, negligence or failure to follow the recommendations of the instruction manual delivered with the product. All of the products that have been modified or repaired by the clients themselves or by any other entity other than the service providers chosen by ACB are excluded from this warranty.
The transport of the product or parts under warranty is at the Customer's expense as well as the risk incurred for deterioration during transportation. It must come with an explanatory letter and a copy of the invoice. Once repaired in our workshop or replaced, the product or the spare part will be sent back to the Customer at ACB's expense.
In the event of a transfer or a rent, the warranty of the product will automatically cease.
- Article 9: Responsibilities
The products offered on the website comply with current French legislation and standards applicable in France. ACB cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance to the legislation in the country where the product is being delivered. On the market since 2005, our products are subjects to a systematic quality control when leaving the assembly line.
Recognized as conforming to the current standards, ACB cannot be held responsible in the event of damage, whether the Customer is a professional or a private individual.
- Article 10: Proper law and dispute
The proper law is the French Law.
If an out-of-court agreement is not found between the different parties, the court of Nanterre, headquarters of the ACB Company shall be deemed competent.
- Article 11: Information technology, confidentiality and freedom
The nominative information and personal data concerning the Customer are necessary for the management of his orders and for the commercial relations between him and ACB. For example, these data can be: Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, credit card information, IP address. In the absence of such information, ACB will not be able to provide its service. This information may be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relations such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders, for their management, execution, processing and payment.
